Panelists

Brooke Oliveri is the manager of communications, health outreach, and research for the Suburban Hospital Alliance of New York State.

The alliance is a regional hospital association that advocates on behalf of hospitals that belong to the Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council (Long Island region) or Northern Metropolitan Hospital Association (Hudson Valley region). The alliance engages key lawmakers and regulatory decision-makers in Albany and Washington to ensure reasonable and rational healthcare policy prevails.

In her role, Ms. Oliveri manages the associations’ communications, community outreach efforts, and research endeavors with an emphasis on digital communications, social media utilization, media cultivation, brand awareness, and content development. 

She also manages the Long Island Health Collaborative, a population health initiative overseen by the Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council which convenes 300+ hospitals, community-based organizations, health departments, and organizations spanning numerous sectors on a quarterly basis to improve the health of Long Islanders.

Ms. Oliveri is currently serving her second term on the Public Relations Professionals of Long Island’s board of directors, and she also currently serves as the organization’s secretary.

She received a Folio Award from the Fair Media Council in 2023 for her work on the Suburban Hospital Alliance’s Now’s the Time social media campaign, which encouraged parents to get their children vaccinated against COVID-19 during a time when vaccination rates were lagging among youth populations. Ms. Oliveri was also named to Blank Slate Media’s 2024 list of “40 Under 40” professionals from all sectors.

She holds a bachelor of arts degree in mass communications with a minor in English from the University of Delaware.

Jesika helps purpose-driven women, families and businesses thrive. As a strategic marketer, she assists businesses with design, branding, websites, digital strategies, social media, SEO and business development. As a licensed financial educator, she helps families and entrepreneurs understand the importance of financial literacy and money concepts to build a solid financial foundation and create generational wealth.
